from burnt-out to thriving

At 26 years old, as a new mom, she found herself utterly exhausted from living the hectic lifestyle that society touted as the path to optimal wellness. Her health had deteriorated; she was addicted to the scale and sugar, and it had taken a toll on her body.

After a decade of personal healing and discovering the power of simple, yet effective approaches to living a healthy and fulfilled life, Audrey began working as a health coach. She has since helped countless individuals to own their lives, discover their unique paths to well-being, and live with greater joy and purpose.
